By Road

From Clockwise M25 (allow 15 minutes)

Leave the motorway at junction 19 (signed Watford and A41). At the roundabout follow A41 (signed M1 south) for three miles.
Leave A41 at sliproad (signed M1 and A4008). Join the A4008 Stephenson Way and follow instructions below ' From M1'.

From Anti-Clockwise M25 (allow 10 minutes)

Leave the motorway at junction 21a (signed Watford, A405, Harrow (M1)).
Turn left onto A405.
Join M1 southbound (follow M1 London).
Leave M1 at junction 5 and follow instructions below 'From M1'.

From M1

Leave the motorway at junction 5. Join the A4008 Stephenson Way.
Do not follow 'Bushey'. Turn right at first roundabout and then left onto Radlett Road.
Turn first left onto Link Road, over bridge and turn right at mini-roundabout onto Park Avenue. We are approx 600 yards on right.

By Rail

Watford Junction is on the main line from London Euston to Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow. From London Euston take the Silverlink County Service to Watford Junction.

Typical Journey times to / from Watford Junction are:

London Euston --> 18 mins

Manchester --> 2.5 hours

Liverpool --> 2.5 hours
