The CMSure annual maintenance programme has been designed to meet this need - without costing you the earth.

The programme provides you with the guarantee that an Citizen Machinery UK service engineer will visit you annually to carry out all the annual checks listed in the maintenance manual originally supplied with your machine, such as checking the main spindle, guide bush bearings, full alignment checks of all machine axes plus automatic barfeed alignments. Our service engineer's report will highlight any areas needing work and if any spare parts are required these will be quoted for separately.

As an added benefit, any additional labour required on machines included in the programme will be charged at 20% less, compared to our standard service labour rates. Multiple machine services will be looked at favorably if performed consecutively.
